I am an instructional designer and e-Learning developer with a lifelong passion for learning and technology. Instructional design provides me the opportunity to create engaging and effective learning experiences while using technology to enhance the learning process.

A solid understanding of instructional design theory enables me to design instruction that is learner centered, interactive, and tailored to the needs of the adult learner. My focus is on delivering concise, performance-driven outcomes that align closely with business goals and actively engage learners. This approach enables learners to retain and apply valuable knowledge and skills in their work, ultimately fulfilling organizational needs and goals.

On a personal note, my family and I reside in picturesque South-Central Kentucky, nestled between two beautiful lakes - Lake Cumberland and Dale Hollow Lake. I enjoy small-town life and spend my spare time helping tend to our horses, boating, and hiking. I also enjoy traveling and reading.
